Engagement data is treated as confidential professional information and is not shared, referenced, or disclosed in any identifiable form without explicit written consent.

Scope and Limits

Sequence Integrative is a measurement-based calibration practice, not a medical or mental health provider. Confidentiality is a core operating principle of every engagement. It does not, however, constitute legal, medical, or therapeutic privilege, and the services provided do not replace or substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial counsel.
