Sequence Integrative™ is calibration infrastructure for human execution.
Its purpose is to make execution reliability measurable, correctable, and dependable — restoring coherence between intention, behavior, and capacity.
Execution is governed not by motivation, but by prediction. Before any action begins, the nervous system generates an internal forecast of cost, effort, and tolerability. When those forecasts drift from reality, execution reliability degrades — even in capable, motivated individuals and high-functioning organizations.
Sequence instruments and recalibrates that predictive layer directly.
Execution to stabilizes naturally without reliance on pressure, motivation, or willpower.
Sequence Integrative™ exists to restore coherence.
Restore coherence within individuals whose internal prediction systems have drifted from the demands they carry.
Restore coherence within organizations whose performance systems measure outcomes but not the predictive processes governing execution.
Restore coherence between values, intention and action — making execution reliability an instrumented, manageable property rather than an assumed trait.

Sequence develops and deploys proprietary calibration frameworks that measure and recalibrate the internal prediction systems governing behavior and performance.
These include:
Together, these systems form the Sequence Calibration System™, a unified measurement and recalibration framework.
Proprietary frameworks, instrumentation, and algorithms described herein are subject to pending patent protection.
Joseph Burge, MA, NBC-HWC
Founder and Creator, Sequence Integrative™
Joseph Burge developed the Sequence Calibration System™ to instrument and recalibrate the internal prediction systems governing execution.
His work integrates behavioral science, executive development, and integrative health into unified calibration frameworks that make prediction accuracy measurable and correctable.
He holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Health Studies and is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. His graduate research focused on intention failure and affective forecasting, leading to the development of the Hedonic Expectancy Gap™ framework and its applied instrumentation.
His current work centers on advancing calibration systems that restore execution reliability across individual and organizational environments.
